In conjunction with Pacific Wireless, Teldio recently won a bid with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide (NYSE: HOT) to deploy its Phone Bridge application in the new St. Regis Princeville Resort in Kauai, Hawaii.
Workers will have comprehensive coverage throughout the 200 acre resort and have the ability to correspond directly with guests of the hotel at anytime by leveraging Phone Bridge features. In doing so, workers can receive phone calls directly from guests, staff, and managers from both on or off site and reduce response times to critical operations which increases customer satisfaction. As part of the resort’s commitment to a superior guest experience, Pacific Wireless and Teldio have been deemed as playing an integral part by leveraging the MOTOTRBO platform and Phone Bridge.
