Teldio Fabric connects your physical security, communications, and operational systems. See how it works

Powered by Teldio Fabric

Enhanced alarm management and notifications.

Efficiently and automatically manage your day-to-day, business-critical, and safety alarms.

How our alarm notifications work

If this happens, then do that.

Teldio enhances your existing building management systems, fire panels, process alarms, and more by enabling real-time text, audio, and visual notifications to a variety of devices. Coordinated by Teldio Fabric, alarm workflows replace manual triage with rule-driven automation that escalates if no one responds.

What you get

Three outcomes from coordinated alarms.

Improve workplace efficiency

Track employee response times, escalate unanswered alarms to the next appropriate person, and more.

Integrate to existing infrastructure

Consolidate your alarm sources and manage the notification process to improve response times and workplace safety.

Enhance accountability

Enable live text, audio, and visual notifications to the right person at the right time, driving accountability and productivity.

Compatibility

Works with the systems you already operate.

Supported systems

Building management and HVAC, fire alarm panels, access control, video management, industrial controls and SCADA, environmental and safety sensors, and mass-notification platforms.

Supported technologies

Email, SMS, contact closures, Serial ASCII, OPC, MQTT, SCADA, Modbus, TCP/UDP, web services and APIs, SIP, and more.

Compatible outputs

Two-way radios, phones (SMS or voice), email-capable devices, dashboards, POCSAG pagers, video systems, strobe lights, PA systems, and more.

The Behavior Engine

Less noise. More signal.

The most common reason alarm programs overwhelm a team is that everyone gets every alert. Teldio Fabric routes each alarm to the right person or device based on your rules, and escalates automatically when no one acknowledges, so responders see only what they need to act on. Where it helps, filtering and aggregation can cut the volume further upstream.

Every alarm runs through the same four-stage pipeline, coordinated by the Teldio Fabric Behavior Engine:

01 · Ingest

An alarm arrives from a panel, sensor, access event, or API and lands on the event bus as a typed event.

02 · Normalize

It is mapped to a consistent structure, so the logic that follows does not care which vendor produced it.

03 · Transform

The Behavior Engine applies your if-this-then-that rules, enriches the event, and evaluates conditions, with branching, delays, and escalation.

04 · Route

Action commands dispatch to the right people and devices. A single alarm can fan out across multiple systems at once.
